Nicole Perry is a director, choreographer, actor and dancer.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Dance, as well as a degree in Music (piano and voice concentrations), from Eastern University. She is currently pursuing an PhD in Theology and the Arts (specifically Dance and Theatre) at Ocean Seminary College.
Professional choreography highlights include The Miami Children’s Theatre, Center City Opera Theater's World Premiere of "The Always Present Present", and 2 full seasons as the resident choreographer at Hedgerow Theatre, including their World Premiere of a revised "An American Tragedy "! Her most recent directing credits is with the Stoneman Theatre Company at the 2017 Fort Lauderdale Fringe Festival. Her recent performance credits include playing Veronica in God of Carnage at Chicken Coop Theatre and dancing the role of the Mute in The Fantasticks with Curtain Call Playhouse.
Nicole teaches dance and drama as academic subjects, exposing students to the theory and history of the art, as well as the practice. Her dance competition choreography has won several awards in the Musical Theatre category. She now coaches a competitive salsa team on performance quality and characterization. Nicole teaches creative movement, ballet, jazz and modern for all ages and levels.
Nicole is a certified Pilates Instructor through the prestigious Romana’s Pilates program.
