Good Doctor just closed. It was a fantastic experience. It challenged me as an actor, and I learned a lot.
Now, I change gears. I'm back on the production staff side. I'm choreographing Annie Get Your Gun for Springside/Chestnut Hill Academy.
I love creating movement for shows. It really is just my favorite thing. I'm excited about this one. I've never done this show before, so it will be a challenge. But, the rest of the staff are absolutely fantastic. The cast of students are also great.
I love that I get to see theatre from so many sides- actor, choreographer, teacher, tech, administrator. Each role informs the others. Gives me an appreciation for the art form and the vast amount of (wo)manpower it takes to make it happen. I'm very lucky that the sentiment on the left is true of my life.
And now, on with the show!
