Many actors are familiar with the 8 Effort Actions of Laban (punch, float, slash, glide, dab, wring, flick, press). But, understanding the psychological interpretations that correlate with the movement can bring another level of depth to your character work. Join Nicole Perry, MFA, CLMA for this free class to learn more about the psychology of movement.
This online course will help you examine your methods of teaching, and create an “Ethics and Pedagogy of Touch” as a Movement Specialist. Created to address concerns of Consent, Student Empowerment, and COVID-19. This is a self-reflective session.
